I work through Love First Church to make disciples of Jesus and start new churches for people who don't like churches. This involves coaching leaders toward a vision of their involvement in discipleship and this movement and empowering them to take ownership of expanding God's mission in their lives. I also speak and train at other churches, and coach people to discover growth pathways for professional or personal development.
