Our primary way of relating to one another in the body of Christ is as encouragers who help each other through love and service to persevere in faith.
What would a church look like that was more focused on passing on the faith through mentoring relationships than in merely meeting together?
Jesus teaches that transformation through action is the goal of all Bible reading. Mere accumulation of knowledge is bad Bible study and can lead to hypocrisy.
God wants us to love others, not compete with them.
